Data we collect

When you use the contact form or email us, we collect your name, work email, phone number, organisation details you provide, and the content of your message. During engagements we may process names and contact details of staff who escort site visits, plus business asset data you supply—which may incidentally include identifiers linked to individuals if present in your systems.

Why we process data

• To respond to enquiries and prepare proposals (legitimate interests / steps prior to contract).
• To perform contracted verification and related services (contract).
• To meet legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

Sharing

Enquiry records are kept up to 24 months if no engagement follows. Engagement files are retained for up to seven years to support professional and tax requirements, unless a longer period is required by law or agreed in writing.

International transfers

Where tools store data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
