1. Who we are

2. Website use
Content on this site is informational. It does not create an engagement until we issue and you accept a written proposal or statement of work. You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it for bulk commercial reuse without permission.
3. Engagements
Verification, reconciliation, evidence pack, and review services are delivered under a separate proposal that sets scope, fees, access requirements, and deliverables. Work begins after written acceptance and any agreed deposit or kick-off confirmation.
4. Client responsibilities
You remain responsible for the accuracy of register extracts you provide, for arranging site access and escorts, and for decisions on accounting adjustments. We do not replace your statutory auditor or act as management.
5. Fees and pricing display
“From” prices on this site are indicative only. They are not an offer capable of immediate acceptance and there is no online checkout. Invoices are issued as stated in the proposal.
6. Confidentiality
We treat register data, photographs, and findings as confidential and use them only to deliver the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law or you authorise it in writing.
7. Intellectual property
Deliverable packs prepared for you may be used internally and shared with your auditors. Our templates, methodology descriptions, and website materials remain our intellectual property.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by UK law, our liability under an engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring claims in their local courts where required by law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms on this page. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use. Active engagements follow the terms in their proposal unless both parties agree otherwise.
